This HSC Study Day for 2022 candidates features four presentations separated by half hour breaks. Topics include examiners' expectations for candidates, interpreting the role of patronage in political and social life by using written evidence, understanding houses at Herculaneum, evaluation of recent conservation projects at Pompeii and the scientific research on the contents of the Cardo V sewer at Herculaneum. Emphasis on the development of higher order thinking skills and the display of these in an exam script.
