This HSC study day for 2022 candidates features four presentations separated by half hour breaks. Topics include HSC examiners' expectations of candidates, interpreting the role of patronage in politics and social life by using written evidence, understanding houses at Herculaneum, evaluating recent conservation projects at Pompeii and the scientific research on the contents of the Cardo V sewer at Herculaneum. Emphasis on the development of higher order thinking skills and displaying these in an examination script.
